How do I get the best analysis results?

For the most accurate analysis:

  • Record in good lighting
  • Keep your full body visible
  • Use a stable camera position
  • Follow the recording instructions provided in the app
  • Record at least 8-10 seconds of movement

Why is my cadence not detected?

Cadence detection may be affected by:

  • Feet not visible in the video
  • Short recording duration
  • Low frame-rate video
  • Motion blur

Can MoveNova diagnose injuries?

No. MoveNova provides biomechanical analysis and coaching insights but does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions.

How do I delete my account?
