For the most accurate analysis:
- Record in good lighting
- Keep your full body visible
- Use a stable camera position
- Follow the recording instructions provided in the app
- Record at least 8-10 seconds of movement
Why is my cadence not detected?
Cadence detection may be affected by:
- Feet not visible in the video
- Short recording duration
- Low frame-rate video
- Motion blur
Can MoveNova diagnose injuries?
No. MoveNova provides biomechanical analysis and coaching insights but does not diagnose injuries or medical conditions.
How do I delete my account?
